Coach of the year

The 57 victories achieved by the Nuggets in the  regular season enough to become the leading coach George Karl of the year.

Nuggets thrown in the trash home advantage and eliminated very early in the play off, but the Nuggets have left great impressions in the regular season. Celebrated 57 victories in all 82 games, they are one of the most "hot" teams of the West and a real headache for any opponent. That's why  George Karl became top coach of the season, leaving  Erick Spoelstra,  Mike Woodson,  Gregg Popovich and Frank Vogel who completed the top five.

The now 62 year old Karl turned the Nuggets into the most aggressive team league, but as a set he found ways to exploit the agent office. The 38-3 had the Nuggets their turf proves this truth. However, the injury of Danilo Gallinari proved decisive in the most critical phase of the season. The Denver team lost the most useful player, resulting dissolved rhythm, psychology and chemistry. Something that seemed the most typical way to turn the Golden State Warriors.

Whatever you have, Karl did an excellent job since early October, when actually started the period 2012-2013, until a few days ago. This is the first major award of his coaching career, apart from his four appearance at the
 All Star Game.
